iRtz
iRTZ (Receivable Tracking System) is cloud web-based software that will eliminate the manual way of sending the Common Area Maintenance and Utility bills (Power, Diesel and Water) to the tenants at the project sites. It ensures fulfilment of compliance obligations around tenants. By collecting information continuously, the Receivable Tracking System can record the usage of all the Utilities and corresponding monthly costs. It sends a PDF document on monthly basis to the tenants and track the expense, un paid amount along with service tax report.

Common Area Maintenance (CAM)
iRTZ is flexible to enter the CAM rate one time in the system. Based on the total sq. ft. used by the tenant, the CAM charges are calculated and the invoice is generated from iRTZ and sent via email to the tenants. If the CAM charges changes, an option is provided to specify effect date to implement the new CAM charges for the tenants.
Utilities Charges
Utilities charges like water, diesel and power are tracked through iRTZ. All the meter readings are captured manually in the system at the beginning of the month against each tenant. The per unit charges are entered into the system to calculate the total rate for the total units consumed by the tenant. An email invoice is generated from the system to all the tenants on the utilities charges to be paid by the tenant.
Receivables
All the CAM and Utilities charges raised is tracked for the payments. Once the tenant makes a payment either for CAM (or) for Utilities the details of the payment is entered into the system with the bank name, branch, cheque number and cheque amount.
Reports
Different types of report are generated from iRTZ. Consolidated receivables payments, ageing analysis and payment due reminder report.
